My name is Iain and I'm a senior Personal Trainer for Nuffield Health & Wellbeing centre in Norbury as well as a Wellbeing Advisor.

The roles I fulfill involve doing health screening which involve questions and tests including:
Family history

VO2 Test (capacity to perform aerobic work)

Body Composition Tests

Cholesterol

Blood sugar

Blood pressure

Once completed a full page report (usually around 14 pages) is produced the same day. We aim to update reports every 3 months to enable us to monitor your progress. This also serves as a useful tool to help you with your current training.

No Gym offers the health screening service that Nuffield Health and Fitness provides. As a Nuffield Health Personal Trainer this enables me to be better meeting the needs of clients. Being able to get this information is invaluable to a Trainer and client.

The Personal Training is not just about what and how you will be exercising, strategies are in place to ensure your success. Apart from questionnaires, tests we look at strategies to motivate you.

These are clearly outlined and given to you; we aim to provide a clear blueprint for your success. Apart from that we also aim to keep in contact to ensure strategies and goals are observed and adhered to. This is usually done by email and phone.
